Irvenia Waters is a certified executive coach, team performance coach, and facilitator whose management experience spans government, nonprofit and private sectors. She helps leaders and future leaders navigate the pivotal moments of their careers, and guides teams and organizations through change and challenge. Irvenia brings to this work three decades of experience in advisory and management roles—principal of two private consultancies focused on leader and organizational development; manager of the west coast office of a global healthcare management consulting firm; and management and advisory roles in the federal government.
