Gretchen joins Trajectory with over 20 years of executive coaching experience.  She is passionate about applying deep operational expertise to executive coaching and leadership communications, with a focus on behavioral change.  Gretchen brings a special lens to performance coaching, having run more than 100 half marathons. She previously served as the Founding Executive Director of Emerge California. The Breed-Schoenstein scholarship at Emerge is named for San Francisco Mayor London Breed and Gretchen for their contributions to elevating hundreds of emerging leaders across the country. Gretchen is also a certified Clifton StrengthsFinder coach and an award-winning public speaker.
